In a nutshell, Yoga Sculpt is a class that incorporates hand weights (and other props) and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie-burning effect. The hand weights add a new challenge to traditional yoga classes but are totally optional. You can use your body weight for this class. This class is sequenced to be accessible to beginners and challenging enough for athletes.
